DN8 is a New York–based CGI studio founded by Marina Zagorac, focused on producing architectural imagery of exceptional realism and editorial quality. Our work helps define how significant developments are seen, understood, and brought to market.

We operate at the intersection of architecture, art direction, and strategic positioning — creating images that communicate not only design, but atmosphere, material presence, and the experience of space. DN8 visualizations are recognized for their clarity, restraint, and photographic realism, allowing architecture to be perceived with conviction long before it is built.

Under Marina Zagorac’s creative direction, DN8 has contributed to a number of internationally recognized luxury developments in collaboration with leading architects and developers, including projects associated with Rosewood Residences, Aman, Four Seasons Residences, and Baccarat.

DN8 functions as a close partnership between creative direction and production. Visualization is led by long-time collaborator Aleksandar Copic, whose technical precision and extraordinary craftsmanship define the studio’s visual language. His work is distinguished by its material authenticity, subtle lighting, and meticulous attention to detail.

Our approach is grounded in a rigorous understanding of architecture, light, and materiality. Each image is developed through careful study and refinement, ensuring that the final result feels both technically exact and emotionally convincing.

From private residences to large-scale urban developments, DN8 produces imagery that supports architectural integrity while strengthening a project’s market presence.

We collaborate with architects, developers, and designers who demand imagery of lasting quality — work that remains relevant long after marketing cycles have passed.
